Tuesday Tales: March 24, 2020, From the Word FLOWER

Well, the world is a lot different today than it was  a week ago. COVID 19 has changed the way we do things. Social distancing means more time at home, and we are here to help make that time more enjoyable.

Tuesday Tales is a weekly blog written by a small, select group of authors who invite you inside their writing process.  Each week, we add a scene to our ongoing unedited and unpublished stories based on a word or picture prompt.

This week, our prompt is the word FLOWER, and each scene is 400 words. Enjoy. Please take the time to comment on the individual scenes. Authors love feedback.

V. L. LOCEY (MM Hockey Romance)
He smiled at me, easing some of the angst burbling away inside of me.

TRICIA ANDERSEN (Paranormal/MMA Romance)
“Ready for some answers? And sleep? And, you know, me?”

FLOSSIE BENTON ROGERS (Paranormal Fantasy)
A green scent stirred her memories.
TRISHA FAYE (Historical Fiction Short Story)
Widow Martin started to turn as if she was going to shut the door on them.

SUSANNE MATTHEWS (Historical Romance Suspense)
“This is a seigneurie; there could be several scattered around the estate.”

JILLIAN CHANTAL (Regency)
“Don’t dawdle.”
